Join us for a 2-hour grounded, supportive workshop designed to help you explore boundaries, self-trust, and calm confidence through guided experiences with horses.
This workshop is a gentle and practical opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn in a way that goes beyond just talking. Horses naturally respond to clarity, energy, and consistency, which can help you notice patterns around people-pleasing, self-doubt, and holding boundaries.
