Our 6-Week DBT Mini Course is designed to give you practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and emotional resilience. Through a supportive online group environment, you'll learn evidence-based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills that can help you better understand and manage emotions, cope with distress, strengthen relationships, and become more present in everyday life.
Over six weeks, we'll explore four core DBT areas: Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with intense emotions, or simply wanting to build healthier coping strategies, this course offers a safe and supportive space to learn, connect, and grow alongside others.
